Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed in cash only, and you will receive instructions to coordinate pickup or delivery of the refund amount.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds via digital or card payments.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.
